A beautiful forest road will lead us to Agros Village. Here, we will visit a well-known local sweets workshop, where you will have a chance to see how natural sweets and jams are made. Next, we will visit the famous rose workshop, where excellent Rose Water and Organic beauty products are made using traditional Cypriot methods.
Our next destination will be the Church of Agios Nikolaos tis Stegis, which is a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the only surviving monastery church of its kind in Cyprus covered with beautiful wall paintings dating back to the 11th century.
We will continue our journey to Kakopetria village, where you will have free time to walk through the beautiful narrow streets and have home-cooked lunch at one of the village restaurants.
Next, we will visit one of the largest waterfalls on the island Millomeri Waterfalls, after which we will stop for wine tasting at a local village winery.
