🚐 Excursions & Jeep Safari Tours

Booking & Availability

• All tours are subject to availability and participation is permitted only after a booking has been made and confirmed by Ascot Travel & Tours.
• Online bookings and enquiries will be answered by email. If you are booking on the day before the excursion, we recommend calling us to ensure that your booking request has been received.
• We operate minibuses of various capacities, ranging from 7 to 17 seats. Group sizes will therefore not exceed 17 participants.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to take part in the excursion and should inform Ascot Travel & Tours in advance of any mobility issues or medical conditions that may affect their participation.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during booking are correct and monitored regularly, as important tour updates may be communicated by email, telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Ascot Travel & Tours accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the excursion.

Pick-up Times

• Participants must be present at their designated pick-up point at the confirmed pick-up time.
• Due to the nature of shared group excursions and scheduled collection times, drivers cannot wait for late arrivals.
• No refund will be provided if a participant fails to be present at the agreed pick-up location and time.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations with a full refund may be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.
• No refunds will be provided to participants who fail to appear on the day of the tour.
• Tours require a minimum of four participants to operate.
• In the event of cancellation due to low participation, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed no later than the evening before the tour.
• In such cases, customers may choose either a full refund or an alternative tour, subject to availability.
• If the alternative tour selected is more expensive than the original booking, the difference in price will be payable by the customer.
• If the alternative tour is less expensive than the original tour, the difference will be refunded.

Tour Changes & Safety

• All tour schedules are planned in advance.
• Ascot Travel & Tours reserves the right to amend or cancel any tour itinerary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Swimming stops, boat trips, and certain activities may be modified, shortened, or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations.
• Tour durations and return times are approximate and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, road works, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Behaviour

• Ascot Travel & Tours reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or likely to negatively affect the enjoyment or safety of other participants.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.

✈️ Airport Transfers

• Online transfer bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• All online enquiries and bookings will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a response, please contact us on +357 25 329388.
• Transfers between 20:00 and 06:00 are subject to a 20% surcharge.
• Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of the quantity and type of luggage they will be travelling with.
• Child seats and booster seats are available free of charge upon request.
• All transfer prices include 9% VAT.

🚗 Car Rental

Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be between 25 and 70 years of age.
• The minimum rental period is two days.

Charges & Responsibilities

• Rental charges are payable in advance.
• Parking fines, traffic fines, and any related penalties are the sole responsibility of the renter.
• VAT 19% is included in all rental prices.

Insurance & Deposits

• Full Comprehensive Insurance CDW is included in the rental price.
• Insurance excess / damage deposit for Categories A, B, F and H: €300.
• Insurance excess / damage deposit for Categories J and M: €1,000.

Additional Drivers

• One additional driver may be authorised free of charge.
• Any unauthorised driver is not covered by the vehicle’s insurance policy.

Optional Equipment

• Baby seats and booster seats are available free of charge upon request.
• Garmin GPS navigation devices are available upon request.
